Chart&Video (week 12)


After complete working on software and hardware, I have do some prepare ration on my poster.It will use on presentation day. The objective by doing this prepare ration is to get prepared the answer for the question that asked by lecturer. The result, I have done making video demo regarding on the process of this project.

Testing circuit with load (week 11)

Do the testing on the circuit with load. The load will connected to the current sensor ACS712.

When the load is switch OFF, there have no current :

Hardware Installation ( week 10)

Cut a board accordance with the size determined.

Place the DB base, socket point base and switch base on the board. 


Place the display on the DB cover.


This is a result after fitting socket point, bulb and switch point.

Do some testing to make sure the hardware running properly after the installation.

Etching & Soldering process ( Week 9)



 Before do the etching on the PCB circuit, the circuit  need to be fit on the board. 

The etching process. 


After finish the etching process.

After finish etching on the PCB, it need to be clean up first be move the next process.


The result after finish clean up on PCB.


After finish the etching process, the circuit need to drill to make a hole.

Then, the component fitted on the board and can start to solder with soldering iron.

Testing ACS712 current sensor connect with LabView (Week 7)


In this process, the ACS712 current sensor will be connect to LabView to get the accurate result.On the LabView also we can see the graph between output voltage versus sensed current. To connect on the LabView, we need DAQ to connect from current sensor to software.

Testing ACS712 (week 6)

Do some testing on ACS712. Supply DC current on ACS712 current sensor to measure voltage value that we get from ACS 712 current sensor.This picture show the connection between the sensor and power supply and also oscilloscope.The result will be show on the oscilloscope.

This picture show the result it measure by using multimeter to make sure the result it is a same on the oscilloscope.
